For this 1st round gallery, we’ve focused on rustic vanities that are made out of reclaimed wood. If none of these vanities are “the one,” just let us know what you like or dislike about these vanities and we will keep looking until we find one you love.

3o” - 34” wide options (current vanity is 29-7/16 with a 2-1/2” gap to the wall).

From whatman hardwood (source for downstairs vanity)

Note: Whatman Hardwoods will do custom work so it may be possible to have them make a slightly wider - say, 33” - vanity that could be installed against the wall and give you a little more counterspace. They should also be willing to make matching cabinets, mirrors, etc.

Whatman Hardwoods “Byrd Layout 2” vanity in 30” width, currently $1,690.00

This would be the most similar to the one you have in the downstairs bathroom. Top drawer does not open because of sink so this design will give you 2 shelves and no functional drawers. Also comes in “Layout 1” version that doesn’t have doors (Similar to Tiffin Layout 1)

See additional photos here.

Whatman Hardwoods “Tiffen layout 1” vanity in 30” width, currently $1,690.00

Top drawer does not open because of sink so this design gives you 2 shelves and no functional drawers. The version shown here is made from Reclaimed Pine but we could ask them about making it in a darker wood or staining it. They also make a “version 2” that has a pair of doors hiding the shelves (Similar to Byrd Layout 2).

Whatman Hardwoods “Worthington” vanity in 30” width, currently
$ 1,615.00

Top drawer does not open because of sink but 2nd drawer is functional. Finish shown is hand rubbed was, also comes in darker conversion matte varnish. Any Whatman vanity can be stained using any Minwax color.

Whatman Hardwoods “Worthington” vanity in 30” width, currently
$ 1,615.00

Similar to “Worthington” vanity but with metal trim and open sides - not sure that the open sides would work with your wall so close to the vanity but if you like the metal trim, we could see if that could be applied to the Worthington.

See additional photos here.

Whatman Hardwoods “Morrow” vanity in 30” width, currently $ 1,915.00

Top 2 “drawers” open like a single cabinet door. 3rd drawer is a real functional drawer. This version comes with a solid wood top and is intended to be used with a bowl sink that sits on top of the counter. We could talk to them about alternative countertop surfaces. Theoretically it could be reconfigured to house a drop down sink but you’d lose almost all of the cabinet space behind the 2 faux drawers.
