back yard - note: deck was in extreme disrepair

state of carpeting in basement prior to removal. Carpeting throughout house was in a similarly damaged state.

water damage stain in primary bedroom from roof leak that was repaired prior to date of death.

mold to right of rear egress door on 1st floor

state of 2nd floor bathroom sink. Other bathroom sinks were in similar condition.

powder room toilet - other toilets were in similar condition. Water had been shut off to 2nd floor toilet.

state of shower pan in basement bathroom. Drain was completely clogged and had to be replaced.

water damage in secondary bedroom from roof leak that was repaired prior to date of death.
